This FREE session will focus on:
1) how acute trauma, like the pandemic related to the spread of COVID-19, can trigger old traumas and increase fear in the present; and
2) how to contain trauma responses, responding instead with the spontaneity and creativity that leads us to Post-Traumatic Growth.
The session will include an on-line celebration of strengths and a sharing of strategies to marshal our international connections as we move through this current global crisis.
